For More Information. I ________________________, the incumbent
Representative for the ___________ Congressional District for the State of
_______________ do solemnly give my pledge to my constituents that I will
sponsor and or support a Congressional Mandate that will provide amongst
other things as follows: 1. That in any County or Parish in these United States having a population of over 200,000 in the last United States Census, that Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation and Chrysler will be required beginning in January 1 of 2010 to manufacture hydrogen fuel cell automobiles in numbers equivalent to 10% of the sales of automobiles in said County or Parish in the calendar year 2010; 20% in the year 2011; and at least 30% in the year 2012. 2. That the Congress will impose a 100% tariff on any foreign manufacturer of Hydrogen Fuel Cells cars for a period of three years commencing January 1, 2010 whether such foreign manufacturer has plant capacity within or without the United States. 3, That the Congress will provide each person or entity purchasing such hydrogen fuel cell car with a $10,000 tax credit. 4. That the Congress will provide tax incentives for any company, including natural gas companies, Ford, GMC and Chrysler to construction hydrogen fueling stations adaptable for refueling hydrogen fuel cell cars in any County or Parish in the United States having a population over 200,000. I further promise that I will vote to pass the above legislation not less than 30 days before the Presidential election in November of 2008. I further promise that I will keep my constituents advised via e-mail and newsletters of the progress of the aforesaid legislation; the date when it comes to a vote on the floor of the Congress and how I voted.
